These rates are reserved from Thursday, August 18, 2016 – Saturday, August 20, 2016.
The cut-off date to reserve rooms with this rate is July 22, 2016, at 5:00pm Central time.
Reservations can be made by calling 888-627-7106 or via the Internet utilizing the hotel’s online Group Reservation System on or before the cut-off date of 5:00 p.m. Central time on July 22, 2016.
Extra person charge, $30 per night. Children under 18 years of age may stay for free in their parents’ room using existing bedding.
Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 16.4%.
Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of $139 will apply if you check out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
